Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing or manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, size, color, or design due to an error on our end, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement or refund.

Size & Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong color or design.

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage.

We'll work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Because our products are made to order, once an order has entered production, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
